Devices Provided by the Conference Organizer:
Laptop Computer (MS Windows Operating System with MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Digital Projectors and Screen
Laser Sticks
Materials Provided by the Presenters:
PowerPoint or PDF Files (Files should be copied to the Conference laptop at the beginning of each Session.)
Duration of each Presentation (Tentatively):
Keynote Speech: about 40 Minutes of Presentation and 5 Minutes of Question and Answer
Invited Speech: about 15 Minutes of Presentation and 5 Minutes of Question and Answer
Regular Oral Presentation: about 12 Minutes of Presentation and 3 Minutes of Question and Answer

One Best Presentation will be chosed from each session and
the finalresult and certificate will be issued at the end of
eachsession.
Dress Code
Please wear formal clothes or national representative of
clothing.
Disclaimer
Along with your registration, you will receive your name
badge, which must be worn when attending all conference
sessions and activities. Participants without a badge will
not be allowed to enter the conference venue. Please do not
lend your name badge to the persons who are not involved in
the conference and do not bring the irrelevant persons into
the conference venue.
The conference organizers cannot accept liability for
personal injuries, or for loss or damage of property
belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a
result of the conference. Please check the validity of your
own insurance.
